Terms of use
The rules the desk works under.
These terms cover aloboost.com, the shortlist sent by email, and anything you send us. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — if a clause is unclear, ask us at contact@aloboost.com and we will explain it in plain terms.
1. Who we are
Alo Boost is published by Alo Boost EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria, with its editorial office at 14 Tsar Ivan Asen II Street, Floor 3, 1124 Sofia. Contact for every purpose in these terms: contact@aloboost.com.
2. What this site is
Alo Boost is an editorial test desk. We receive offers, test them, score them and publish the small share that clears our threshold. We are not a merchant, a reseller or an agent. We do not take payment for placement, hold no affiliate agreements with the merchants we test, and receive no commission when a reader uses a published code.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or purchasing advice. A published entry is our test result on a stated date, not a recommendation tailored to you.
3. Codes and links we publish
- Every code and link is verified on the publication date printed on the issue. It can stop working afterwards without notice, because the merchant controls it and we do not.
- The terms of an offer — eligibility, expiry, minimum spend, region, cancellation — are set entirely by the merchant. Read them on the merchant's page before you act. Where our summary and the merchant's terms disagree, the merchant's terms govern the transaction.
- Any contract you enter is between you and the merchant. Alo Boost is not a party to it and cannot act for you in a dispute, though we will always re-test a reported failure and correct the record.
- If a code has stopped working, tell us. We re-test it, update the entry and note the change on the issue page.
4. The mailing list
- We send the shortlist only to addresses that completed a confirmation step. We do not buy, rent or import lists.
- Expect one issue every second Thursday, plus a correction notice on the rare occasion an entry has to be withdrawn.
- Every issue carries a working unsubscribe link. One click removes you, and the removal is permanent unless you subscribe again yourself.
- Subscribing with an address that is not yours, or automating subscriptions, is a misuse of the service and we will remove the address.
5. Submitting an offer
- Anyone may submit an offer. Submission is free and confers no right to be published.
- By submitting, you confirm you are entitled to share the material and that the conditions you state are the conditions a reader will actually meet.
- Offers enter the queue in the order received. There is no paid or expedited route, and an offer of payment ends the submission.
- We publish the result of a test whether it passes or fails, and we may quote from your submission when we do.
- We do not treat submissions as confidential. Do not send us anything you need kept secret.
6. Using our content
The text, scores, test files, layout and graphics on this site belong to Alo Boost EOOD. You may:
- read, print and share pages for your own use;
- quote a short passage — up to roughly 90 words — with a visible credit and a link to the page it came from.
You may not republish an issue in full, scrape the site systematically, resell our test results, or present our scores as your own or as an endorsement of your product. Merchant names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and do not use our address to send unsolicited mail. We keep server logs and will act on abuse.
8. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site up and the entries correct, and we correct mistakes as soon as we find them. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant that an offer will still be available or will suit your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, Alo Boost EOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of an offer we published. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
9. External pages
Published entries link to pages we do not control. We test them before publication, but we are not responsible for what happens to them afterwards, nor for the privacy practices of the sites they belong to.
10. Changes
We may update these terms — for example when the desk's method changes. The version and date sit at the foot of this page, and a material change is announced in the next issue.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not remove protections available to you under your local law.
